  • Yes. Through VerityLearn Talks I offer speaking engagements, workshop facilitation, podcast opportunities, and other collaborative experiences, whether it’s delivering a design sprint, team workshop, or a conversation that simply needs a thoughtful guide.

    In collaborative settings, the goal is to create a space where people feel safe, heard, and encouraged to contribute. When psychological safety is present, participation becomes natural, creativity expands, and teams do their best thinking and work.

  • We’ll work in any industry where people, leadership, and learning drive performance. We do our best to stay intentionally flexible and industry-agnostic because the challenges we solve are universal.

  • Partnership Tiers (Strategic Advisory)

    Partnership tiers are billed monthly at the beginning of each month.

    Each tier covers ongoing strategic support, leadership alignment, planning, coaching, diagnostics, and guidance. Hours are intentionally structured and do not roll over to maintain steady progress and a consistent working rhythm.

    Project-Based Work

    Some needs like leadership program design, AI-enabled learning experiences, workflow optimization, or systems modernization require additional committed hours and deeper execution. These are best delivered as clearly defined projects.

    When that’s the case, we will outline the scope together and bill the project either:

    • At kickoff (fixed fee), or

    • Monthly as phases are completed

    This approach keeps the work focused, predictable, and aligned to meaningful milestones.

    Ad-Hoc or Supplemental Work

    If additional needs arise outside the original scope, we’ll agree on those together.
    Any approved add-ons are simply included in your next monthly invoice so everything stays consolidated and easy to manage.

    Payments & Refunds

    • Payments can be made through ACH or direct invoice.

    • No refunds on digital or downloadable products.

    • Refunds are available up to 10 business days before consulting or advisory services begin.

    • Once service delivery has begun, refunds are not available due to the time, preparation, and expertise committed.

    • All agreements—including scope, pricing, timelines, and terms—are documented clearly in advance through an MSA, SOW, ICA, or Service Agreement when applicable.
